Pula, the port and the largest city in Istria is over 3000 years old. Situated in a deep bay of Pula, on the western coast of Istria (Pula area). Pula is the economical, cultural, educational and touristic center of Istria. The city has a long tradition of shipbuilding. It was an military harbour, but today its famous by tourism, fishing, winemaking... Pula is ideal town for a half-day trip, as it will allow you to look around all the important architectural and cultural values, and to rest and refresh yourself at one of the excellent restaurants in Pula.
